Really nice friendly people and a good breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable and well stocked for tea, coffee etc. Convenient to St Austell and Truro.

The location was quiet the bed was comfy the breakfast OK the hosts were very friendly
loved the hospitality of Larissa and Will. Nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed trip to collect eggs etc.
Hosts were excellent and made us feel at home. Showed us all around the farm property and land.
